Berkay Sipahi is the third-generation family leader of Sipahi Marble (Sipahi Mermer ve Granit), founded in 1989 in Sakarya by his grandfather Bektaş Sipahi. Founder — Bektaş Sipahi (1989). The family firm was founded by Bektaş Sipahi in 1989 in Adapazarı (Sakarya province), then an emerging stone-processing town on Turkey's east-Marmara industrial belt. The initial operation served regional construction with a small cut-and-polish line and a handful of skilled fabricators.
Chairman — Adnan Sipahi (second generation). Adnan Sipahi assumed operational leadership as the second-generation family lead and continues as Chairman of the board. Under his tenure the firm expanded from regional supply into national cut-to-size cladding, and secured İMİB registration (Registry 336480) as the entry point into national-scale export operations. Adnan Sipahi also chairs Sipahi Petrol (the family's fuel-station operation) and holds senior positions in local business associations.
