What Does Turnkey Mean?
Under the Sipahi Turnkey model, we manage the material and workmanship side of your Azerbaijan facade project end to end — you only need to arrange the scaffolding.
Material
Travertine, marble, granite and onyx — produced and supplied from our own workshop to your project's exact specifications.
CNC Cutting
CNC and hand-finished cutting to project dimensions, surface treatment (polished, honed, brushed) and export packaging.
Skilled Crew From Turkey
Sipahi's own specialist installation crew travels to Azerbaijan together with the material and carries out the installation on site — no subcontracting. The same proven pattern seen among Turkish contractors working with their own Turkish crews in Karabakh.
Supervising Engineer
A supervising engineer stays on site throughout the project, checking the AISI 316 mechanical anchoring details and installation quality.
5-Year Workmanship Warranty
A written 5-year warranty against installation and workmanship defects; material quality warranty follows manufacturer standards.
Important: scaffolding is excluded from scope. Erecting and providing scaffolding on site is the contractor's/client's responsibility; Sipahi provides the material, cutting, installation crew from Turkey and supervision.

Material CNC-cut to your project's exact dimensions with surface finishing completed; installation carried out by a local crew. Recommended for smaller/boutique projects under 500 m².
Model 3 — Turnkey — the Subject of This Page
Material + cutting + a skilled installation crew from Turkey + supervising engineer under one roof; scaffolding excluded. The highest quality assurance with a single point of contact.
Price Range — Transparent and Clear
2,400 – 3,500 TRY/m²
Scaffolding excludedFull turnkey price covering material, cutting, installation labour by the crew from Turkey, and engineering supervision. The exact price is confirmed in a written quote based on material type, cutting specification, facade height and project scale. Geographic proximity (a range similar to Kosovo) and the stable AZN exchange rate make Azerbaijan more predictable than Central Asian markets.
Contracts can be denominated in AZN or USD — the AZN's fixed 1.70/USD exchange-rate regime through 2029 carries far less currency risk than more volatile currencies such as Kazakhstan's tenge.
Scaffolding is excluded (provided by the contractor/client).

Survey
Initial assessment based on project drawings and site photos; an on-site or remote technical survey where needed.

A written m²-based quote, material samples and technical specification (AISI 316 anchoring system, thickness, surface finish).

Contract (AZN/USD)
A written contract denominated in AZN or USD; payment is typically structured across 3-4 progress payments.

Shipment & Crew Mobilisation
Material departs Sakarya by truck (TIR) and takes 4-5 days overland to Baku; visa and accommodation for the installation crew are organised by Sipahi and scheduled in parallel.

Installation & Handover
The crew and supervising engineer travel to Baku and complete the installation on site; scaffolding is provided by the contractor. The project is handed over with a written record and a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Sipahi Mermer aims to become a direct material and Turnkey installation supplier for two major waves of construction in Azerbaijan — the reconstruction of Karabakh and the expansion of the Baku Metro.
