Azerbaijan Marble Facade Cladding — Turnkey Turkish Quality

A turnkey marble facade cladding service for construction projects across Baku and Azerbaijan — material, cutting, a skilled installation crew from Turkey and engineering supervision under one roof, backed by 45 years of manufacturing experience.

What Does Turnkey Mean?

Under the Sipahi Turnkey model, we manage the material and workmanship side of your Azerbaijan facade project end to end — you only need to arrange the scaffolding.

Material

Travertine, marble, granite and onyx — produced and supplied from our own workshop to your project's exact specifications.

CNC Cutting

CNC and hand-finished cutting to project dimensions, surface treatment (polished, honed, brushed) and export packaging.

Skilled Crew From Turkey

Sipahi's own specialist installation crew travels to Azerbaijan together with the material and carries out the installation on site — no subcontracting. The same proven pattern seen among Turkish contractors working with their own Turkish crews in Karabakh.

Supervising Engineer

A supervising engineer stays on site throughout the project, checking the AISI 316 mechanical anchoring details and installation quality.

5-Year Workmanship Warranty

A written 5-year warranty against installation and workmanship defects; material quality warranty follows manufacturer standards.

Important: scaffolding is excluded from scope. Erecting and providing scaffolding on site is the contractor's/client's responsibility; Sipahi provides the material, cutting, installation crew from Turkey and supervision.

Why Sipahi Turnkey Azerbaijan?

45 Years as a Family Manufacturer

Uninterrupted production since 1989; direct, factory-to-site supply and installation with no intermediaries — the Sipahi family's third-generation manufacturing identity.

Ada Hayat Reference — Proven Turnkey Experience

The same technical infrastructure we actively apply across 12 dedicated facade projects on the Ada Hayat project in Sakarya — travertine facade cladding with an AISI 316 mechanical anchoring system — carries over to Azerbaijan projects.

One Nation, Two States — the Commercial Dimension

A shared language, close culture and time zone remove the translation and cultural barrier from contract and communication processes. The historic closeness between Turkey and Azerbaijan lowers the trust cost across the supply chain.

Turkish Contractors and the Karabakh Reconstruction Ecosystem

Turkish contractors have delivered over 560 projects in the reconstruction of Karabakh, representing more than $5 billion in investment — a scale that increases the potential for Turkish manufacturers to become direct suppliers across the material supply chain.

Stable AZN Peg — No Currency Risk

The Azerbaijani manat (AZN) is managed under a fixed exchange-rate regime of 1.70 AZN/USD through 2029, meaning currency risk in Turnkey contracts is close to zero — unlike more volatile markets such as Kazakhstan's tenge.

Three Product Models — Choose What Fits Your Project

Model 1 — Raw Supply

Supply of unprocessed/standard-cut slabs; cutting and installation carried out by a local crew or distributor.

Model 2 — Cut-to-Size

Material CNC-cut to your project's exact dimensions with surface finishing completed; installation carried out by a local crew. Recommended for smaller/boutique projects under 500 m².

Model 3 — Turnkey — the Subject of This Page

Material + cutting + a skilled installation crew from Turkey + supervising engineer under one roof; scaffolding excluded. The highest quality assurance with a single point of contact.

Price Range — Transparent and Clear

2,400 – 3,500 TRY/m²

Scaffolding excluded

Full turnkey price covering material, cutting, installation labour by the crew from Turkey, and engineering supervision. The exact price is confirmed in a written quote based on material type, cutting specification, facade height and project scale. Geographic proximity (a range similar to Kosovo) and the stable AZN exchange rate make Azerbaijan more predictable than Central Asian markets.

Contracts can be denominated in AZN or USD — the AZN's fixed 1.70/USD exchange-rate regime through 2029 carries far less currency risk than more volatile currencies such as Kazakhstan's tenge.

Scaffolding is excluded (provided by the contractor/client).

Azerbaijan Project Process — 5 Stages

  1. 1

    Survey

Initial assessment based on project drawings and site photos; an on-site or remote technical survey where needed.

  2. 2

    Quotation

A written m²-based quote, material samples and technical specification (AISI 316 anchoring system, thickness, surface finish).

  3. 3

    Contract (AZN/USD)

A written contract denominated in AZN or USD; payment is typically structured across 3-4 progress payments.

  4. 4

    Shipment & Crew Mobilisation

Material departs Sakarya by truck (TIR) and takes 4-5 days overland to Baku; visa and accommodation for the installation crew are organised by Sipahi and scheduled in parallel.

  5. 5

    Installation & Handover

The crew and supervising engineer travel to Baku and complete the installation on site; scaffolding is provided by the contractor. The project is handed over with a written record and a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Focused on Karabakh Reconstruction and the Baku Metro

Sipahi Mermer aims to become a direct material and Turnkey installation supplier for two major waves of construction in Azerbaijan — the reconstruction of Karabakh and the expansion of the Baku Metro. The established presence of Turkish contractors in this ecosystem positions Sipahi as a supplier that speaks the same language and is familiar with the same standards.

Karabakh Reconstruction Programme

Turkish contractors have delivered over 560 projects in the Karabakh region, representing more than $5 billion in investment; demand for marble/granite facade cladding is high across housing, public buildings and tourism facilities.

Baku Metro Expansion

A tender process is underway in 2026 to expand the Baku Metro with 9 new stations; natural stone cladding is expected to be used in stations and surrounding structures.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Turnkey mean, and what is the Ada Hayat reference?
Turnkey means Sipahi manages material, cutting, installation and supervision end to end for your Azerbaijan facade project. This is not a theoretical promise: we actively apply travertine facade cladding with an AISI 316 mechanical anchoring system across 12 dedicated facade projects on the Ada Hayat project in Sakarya — real, proven experience that carries over to Azerbaijan Turnkey projects.
Is scaffolding included?
No. Scaffolding is excluded from the Turnkey scope and is arranged and provided by the contractor or client on site. Sipahi supplies the material, cutting, installation crew and supervision.
How does payment work, and in which currency?
Contracts can be denominated in AZN or USD. Thanks to the Azerbaijani manat's fixed 1.70/USD exchange-rate regime through 2029, currency risk is far lower than in more volatile currencies such as Kazakhstan's tenge — which makes contract planning easier.
Is Sipahi ready for Karabakh reconstruction projects?
Yes. Turkish contractors have delivered over 560 projects in the reconstruction of Karabakh, representing more than $5 billion in investment; Sipahi aims to become a direct material and Turnkey installation supplier within this ecosystem — with the advantage of a shared language, shared standards and direct communication.
How is delivery from Sakarya to Baku and the crew organised?
Material departs Sakarya by truck (TIR) and takes 4-5 days overland to Baku. Sipahi organises the installation crew's visa application and accommodation in Baku; the crew is scheduled alongside the material shipment and travels to site in line with the project timeline.
