Kazakhstan Marble Facade Cladding — Turnkey Turkish Quality

A turnkey marble facade cladding service for construction projects across Kazakhstan, from Almaty to Astana — material, cutting, a skilled installation crew from Turkey and engineering supervision under one roof, backed by 45 years of manufacturing experience.

What Does Turnkey Mean?

Under the Sipahi Turnkey model, we manage the material and workmanship side of your Kazakhstan facade project end to end — you only need to arrange the scaffolding.

Material

Travertine, marble, granite and onyx — produced and supplied from our own workshop to your project's exact specifications.

CNC Cutting

CNC and hand-finished cutting to project dimensions, surface treatment (polished, honed, brushed) and export packaging.

Skilled Crew From Turkey

Sipahi's own specialist installation crew travels to Kazakhstan together with the material and carries out the installation on site — no subcontracting. The same proven pattern Rönesans applied at Talan Towers: a Turkish contractor with a Turkish crew.

Supervising Engineer

A supervising engineer stays on site throughout the project, checking the AISI 316 mechanical anchoring details and installation quality.

5-Year Workmanship Warranty

A written 5-year warranty against installation and workmanship defects; material quality warranty follows manufacturer standards.

Important: scaffolding is excluded from scope. Erecting and providing scaffolding on site is the contractor's/client's responsibility; Sipahi provides the material, cutting, installation crew from Turkey and supervision.

Why Sipahi Turnkey Kazakhstan?

45 Years as a Family Manufacturer

Uninterrupted production since 1989; direct, factory-to-site supply and installation with no intermediaries — the Sipahi family's third-generation manufacturing identity.

AISI 316 Seismic Engineering

Almaty is one of Kazakhstan's most seismically active regions; the stainless steel AISI 316 mechanical anchoring system delivers a far higher seismic safety margin than adhesive-based methods.

Ada Hayat Reference

The same technical infrastructure we actively apply across 12 work packages on the Ada Hayat project in Sakarya — travertine facade cladding with an AISI 316 mechanical anchoring system — carries over to Kazakhstan projects.

Rönesans Talan Towers Pattern

Talan Towers (the Ritz-Carlton Astana), built by Rönesans Holding, proves that a Turkish contractor plus a skilled crew from Turkey is a proven, trusted way of working in Kazakhstan — Sipahi Turnkey applies the same model as a material supplier.

Turkish Contractor Ecosystem

Turkish contractors have delivered over 500 projects across Central Asia worth roughly $30 billion in investment — a scale that increases familiarity with, and preference for, Turkish manufacturers throughout the material supply chain.

Three Product Models — Choose What Fits Your Project

Model 1 — Raw Supply

Supply of unprocessed/standard-cut slabs; cutting and installation carried out by a local crew or distributor.

Model 2 — Cut-to-Size

Material CNC-cut to your project's exact dimensions with surface finishing completed; installation carried out by a local crew. Recommended for smaller/boutique projects under 500 m².

Model 3 — Turnkey — the Subject of This Page

Material + cutting + a skilled installation crew from Turkey + supervising engineer under one roof; scaffolding excluded. The highest quality assurance with a single point of contact.

Price Range — Transparent and Clear

2,800 – 4,000 TRY/m²

Scaffolding excluded

Full turnkey price covering material, cutting, installation labour by the crew from Turkey, and engineering supervision. The distance premium and scaffolding exclusion are already built into this range. The exact price is confirmed in a written quote based on material type, cutting specification, facade height and project scale.

All contracts are denominated in USD or EUR — KZT devaluation risk is fixed into a stable-exchange-rate contract, not carried by Sipahi or the client.

Scaffolding is excluded (provided by the contractor/client).

Kazakhstan Project Process — 6 Stages

  1. 1

    Survey

Initial assessment based on project drawings and site photos; an on-site or remote technical survey where needed.

  2. 2

    Quotation

A written m²-based quote, material samples and technical specification (AISI 316 anchoring system, thickness, surface finish).

  3. 3

    Contract (USD/EUR)

A written contract denominated in USD or EUR; payment is typically structured via L/C across 3-4 progress payments.

  4. 4

    Material Shipment

Material departs Sakarya by truck (TIR); the overland route to Almaty takes 10-18 days (alternative: combined sea + land transport via the Caspian Sea/Aktau port).

  5. 5

    Crew From Turkey

Sipahi organises visa and accommodation for the installation crew; the crew and supervising engineer travel to Kazakhstan and complete the installation on site.

  6. 6

    Handover

Scaffolding is provided by the contractor; installation is completed, the supervising engineer carries out quality control, and the project is handed over with a written record and a 5-year workmanship warranty.

Preparing for KazBuild 2027 and the Turkish Contractor Network

The September 2026 KazBuild exhibition has already passed for this year; Sipahi Mermer is already preparing to attend KazBuild 2027. Our goal is to become a direct Turnkey supplier to large-scale Turkish contractors active in Kazakhstan, such as Rönesans and Enka.

Rönesans Holding

An established Turkish contractor in Kazakhstan with large-scale projects including Talan Towers (Ritz-Carlton Astana) — a proven example of the material-plus-crew-from-Turkey model; our goal is to become a direct supplier.

Enka İnşaat

Active in Kazakhstan through public-private partnership (PPP) healthcare projects — an open door for Turkish manufacturers in the material supply chain.

Frequently Asked Questions

What does Turnkey Kazakhstan mean?
Turnkey means Sipahi manages material, cutting, installation and supervision end to end for your Kazakhstan facade project. The skilled crew, material and supervising engineer travel from Turkey; scaffolding is the only item outside our scope.
Is scaffolding included?
No. Scaffolding is excluded from the Turnkey scope and is arranged and provided by the contractor or client on site. Sipahi supplies the material, cutting, installation crew and supervision.
How does payment work, and in which currency?
Payments are typically made via L/C (letter of credit), denominated in USD or EUR. This means KZT devaluation risk is fixed into the contract at a stable exchange rate — not carried by Sipahi or the client.
How does the crew from Turkey travel to Kazakhstan?
Sipahi organises the installation crew's visa application and accommodation in Kazakhstan; the crew is scheduled alongside the material shipment and travels to site in line with the project timeline.
What is the minimum project size?
Turnkey projects are generally suited to facades of 500 m² or more, which allows for efficient crew mobilisation and installation planning from Turkey. For smaller/boutique projects under 500 m², Model 2 (cut-to-size material supply) is recommended.
