Material + cutting + a skilled installation crew from Turkey + supervising engineer under one roof. Scaffolding is EXCLUDED from scope. Price range (excluding scaffolding): 2,200-3,300 TRY/m² — more affordable than Kosovo and Kazakhstan.

The contract is fixed in writing on a EUR basis; Macedonian Denar (MKD) exchange-rate volatility remains with the counterparty rather than being carried by Sipahi.

Survey
Project dimensions, facade/flooring plan and site conditions are clarified remotely via documentation and, where needed, an on-site survey.

A detailed written quote covering material, cutting, installation crew and supervising engineer, presented on a EUR basis.

Contract (EUR-Based)
Following quote approval, a EUR-denominated written contract is signed — exchange-rate risk is fixed, and the payment schedule is set.

Shipping + Crew (2-3 Days, Preliminary Estimate)
Material is shipped overland from Sakarya (preliminary estimate ~1,500 USD/pallet, 2-3 days — a firm quote to be obtained from Sayginlar Nakliyat); the crew from Turkey is organized.

Installation + Delivery
On-site AISI 316 mechanical anchoring installation is completed under supervising-engineer oversight; a 5-year warranty begins after delivery.
