How long does delivery to Baku take?

Delivery by road TIR from our Sakarya workshop to Baku takes 4-5 days via the Trabzon–Batumi–Baku route. Production and preparation time after order confirmation is calculated separately; a firm delivery schedule is shared in writing.

Which payment methods do you accept?

For initial orders we work with L/C (letter of credit) or confirmed letters of credit. Secure payment is processed through L/C issuance via Halkbank and export receivables insurance from Türk Eximbank. Alternative payment terms can be discussed for ongoing relationships.

What certifications do your products carry?

Our products are exported with a certificate of origin; our packaging uses ISPM-15 stamped wooden pallets. Material test reports and quality documents are provided per project on request.

What is your minimum order quantity?

Minimum order quantity depends on product type and cutting specification; less-than-truckload (m³-based) orders are also accepted. Share your project details via WhatsApp or email for an exact quantity and price.

What is your return policy?

Materials are manufactured to quality standards and inspected before shipment. Transport-related damage is assessed under insurance coverage; items found to have production defects are replaced or returned according to the terms of the written contract.
